How to Boost Event Attendance

Summer has finally arrived! You know what that means, right? It’s officially peak event season. In between all of the summer barbecues, block parties and weddings you’ll be attending, you might find yourself in the midst of throwing your own event! Don’t stress about getting people to show up; follow our tips and tricks and you’ll be on your way! ;)

Be Sure To Hype Up The Event on Social Media

The best way to get people excited about your event is utilizing social media. Regardless if you’re having a few friends over for a pool party, or organizing a large business affair, create a Facebook event page! This will allow interest for the party to spread and you’ll be able to determine who is going, who is interested and who is unable to attend (RSVP made easy!). Don’t forget to create some creative Instagram and Twitter posts to keep the hype going and reach a wider audience.

Go Shopping For the Perfect Venue

Location, location, location! The venue you choose is key. Pick a setting you know will pique interest among the folks you’re planning to invite. Always be aware of your audience and be sure to select a place they’ll be most comfortable. The venue should make sense for your event! For instance, if you book a nightclub for a business gathering, people will be less inclined to take it seriously.

Provide Fun Incentives For Your Party-Goers

While we’re sure everyone you invited is excited for this special occasion, it always helps to let them know what to expect when they attend! This will create a buzz! Let them in on what music, food and party favors to expect. Speaking from experience, we know everyone loves a fun DJ and some yummy Cookie Cups!

Getting Your Party Catered Will Please Everyone in Attendance

It’s hard to throw a successful event without having treats that everyone will love. One of the first things attendees will look for when they arrive is the kind of food they’ll be served. Food trucks are a major trend right now and they’ll be a huge hit.

Even more important? Dessert! Cookie Cups are the perfect after dinner treat that guests will eat up. Serve them with fun fillers (ice cream, candy, alcohol or coffee!) so there’s something for everyone to enjoy!
